GlobalRx is committed to providing patients with serious or life-threatening conditions access to investigational medicines when no comparable alternatives are available. Our Expanded Access Programs (EAP), also known as Compassionate Use Programs, are designed to ensure eligible patients may benefit from treatments still in development.

What is Expanded Access?

Expanded Access Programs allow patients to receive investigational medicines outside of clinical trials, under specific regulatory frameworks. These programs are intended for individuals who have exhausted approved treatment options and are not eligible to participate in ongoing trials.

Eligibility Criteria

• Patient has a serious or life-threatening condition.

• No comparable or satisfactory alternative therapies are available.

Patient is unable to participate in a clinical trial.

The potential benefits outweigh the potential risks, as determined by a physician.

How to Apply

Physicians can submit an Expanded Access request on behalf of their patients. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with local regulations, ethical guidelines, and the availability of investigational products.
