To Order Medications Available Abroad 3 pieces of Documentation are Required

  1. Prescription by a U.S. physician*
*FDA only allows 3 months worth of a non FDA-approved medication to be imported per order.
  2. Medication order form (PDF)
  3. FDA consent letter (PDF) - We need a very short letter for your prescibing physician to complete
the FDA part of the customs clearance. The following is what we ask
that he/she RETYPE ON HIS/HER LETTERHEAD and then fax back to
    919-304-4405.

All completed documentation should be faxed to 919-304-4405.

Once the order is placed please allow 10-14 days for delivery of the medication. Each shipment must be reviewed and cleared by the Food and Drug Administration before it can be delivered to the patient. Customs delays often occur on medications being imported into the U.S.

NOTE: North Carolina Pharmacy regulations prohibit acceptance of any medication for return (credit) after they have been received by the patient.
